Kenneth R White Sr. “Scout” While growing up in the state of Maryland he has always had a thirst for helping others being in outdoors. He achieve the rank of Eagle Scout and served as an assistant scoutmaster with troop 274 for 20+ years and growing up in a farm community. After graduating from Frederick High School he enlisted as a non-commissioned office in the United States Air Force supporting a variety of communication systems in support of both domestic and international security on a global scale. Kenneth continued to advance his career by attending the Community College of the Air Force, University of Maryland and Cerro College Community. He received certifications in information system, computer science & business management. His accomplishments include Scrum Master, CSI Project Management, Agile and Business Acumen certification. He also attended advance communication schools which included wireless, radio frequency spectrum and USAF advance electronics in micro-circuit operations and repair. Recently he achieve the rank of 2nd Lieutenant while serving as a commissioned officer with the Civil Air Patrol attached to the Hawaii wing 006 command squadron Hickman AFB.
Kenneth is God-fearing and believes that giving of one’s-self is the key ingredient to spirituality, enlightenment and universal connectivity as the return on investment so that others may be blessed.
Shirley I. Quiles “Retired Army Lieutenant Colonel” professional career covers 30+ years’ experience in government administration, military and public service. Among her significant administrative positions, she serves as a Health System Administrator for the WRNMMC, Directorate of Surgical Services (DSS) and Senior Administrator for the Department of Surgery (DOS) in DHA’s largest medical center.

She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and is working to meet fellowship requirements.
Bella Gisela Parrilla was accepted into an elite Engineering Program at the University of Puerto Rico were she obtained a master degree in math and sciences. She completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in secondary level education and teaching from the University of Puerto Rico. She has worked as a teacher for the Puerto Rico Department of Education for more than 23 years and still teaches today. She has managed and prepared lessons plans for nonprofit organizations performing community outreach.
She is now learning sign language too enhance the lives of the deaf community that has been neglected. In 1999 she was honored for teaching adults, both in the Immigrant Program to get their citizenship and in ARREVICA Community program teaching conversational english. She had the opportunity of teaching college students through the GEAR UP PROJECT as part of the Universidad Del Este, part of the Sistema Universitario Ana G. Mendez (SUAGM).
