Shirley I. Quiles “Retired Army Lieutenant Colonel” professional career covers 30+ years’ experience in government administration, military and public service. Among her significant administrative positions, she serves as a Health System Administrator for the WRNMMC, Directorate of Surgical Services (DSS) and Senior Administrator for the Department of Surgery (DOS) in DHA’s largest medical center.
